The Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the provisions of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC. Data collection and use

The company does not sell or transfer collected personal data to other persons or institutions. The exception is to enable compliance with legal obligations.

Data collected automatically

As part of the newsletter service, email addresses are collected.

If a message is sent via the contact form, the Administrator will use personal data to provide answers to the questions contained in its content.

Sales agreement

In the event of a sales contract being concluded, the Administrator will use contact details to perform the service which is the subject of the contract. For this purpose, he may contact the buyer via e-mail or telephone connection.

Access to personal data

Everyone has the right to access their personal data, correct it and transfer it. In addition, everyone has the right to delete their personal data and terminate the contract for the provision of electronic services at any time. The contract is terminated without any costs and does not require a reason.

The user has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

In the case of the user account service, access and making changes to the content of your personal data is possible through the use of mechanisms characterizing this service. After the user authorization process, options are available to enable the presentation and correction of personal data.

In the case of the newsletter service, changing the email address is only possible by submitting a request to the Administrator.

In the event of a sales contract being concluded, the data collected for this purpose characterizes an economic event, which makes it impossible to make changes to them.
